General Information:
Jeffrey Hyslip is a Managing Attorney with Legal Helpers, LLC. He received his Bachelor of Science from Bowling Green State University and his Juris Doctor, with honors, from Capital University Law School. In Law School, while on a Dean’s Academic Scholarship, Jeffrey authored his thesis on The Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. Jeffrey manages and practices exclusively in the firm’s Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act departments in Chicago. Previously, Jeffrey helped manage the Collection and Foreclosure departments at two Creditor’s Rights law firms. Jeffrey’s experience with representing the “other side” directly translates into success for our clients. During Law School, Jeffrey clerked for the Franklin County Common Pleas Court and the Columbus City Council Legislative Research Office in Columbus, Ohio. In his free time, Jeffrey enjoys competitive mountain biking.
